Mile High Peptide Review: COAs, Pricing, and Transparency
An independent review of Mile High Peptide covering 14 product-attached COAs, ILS and Kovera verification, BTLabs document evidence, 57 comparable pricing rows, and shipping and return caveats.
Mile High Peptide is now a curated vendor on PeptideBenchmark. As always, that decision rests on evidence a reader can go and check, not on a testimonial or a “third-party tested” badge.
Two things stood out during this review. The first is that the certificate lives on the same page as the product it describes — there is no separate library to hunt through, and no ambiguity about which report is supposed to belong to which vial. The second is that most of those certificates carry a credential that a third party can actually resolve.

The vendor sells research-use-only products; this is a commercial-transparency and documentary-evidence review, not human-use guidance or medical advice.
The short version
We found 14 distinct certificates across 12 product pages:
- five ILS Laboratories reports whose portal tokens resolve to the certificate under the Mile High Peptide client name;
- five Kovera Labs reports whose printed report codes resolve through Kovera’s public lookup to a laboratory-hosted document; and
- four BTLabs certificates that name the laboratory and print full analytical results but have no public lookup to resolve against.
Every one of the 14 reports covers identity, purity and net content. Two of the ILS reports add endotoxin. No certificate in this set reports sterility or heavy metals, and average reported purity across the corpus is 99.7%.
Attaching each report to its product page removes the guesswork that a separate COA library usually introduces, and 10 of 14 reports resolve independently. Against that: only about a third of the product pages carry a certificate at all, the BTLabs documents are issued to a third party, the domain is barely a year old, and the vendor's own shipping and refund copy contradicts itself.
What we found in the catalog
The storefront’s hosted commerce backend answers anonymously with the whole catalog — products, variants, prices, stock and images — so nothing here required an account or a workaround. Multi-strength products expand into separate comparable rows, which is what makes a price-per-milligram comparison honest.

The deferred item is Cerebrolysin, which states no vial total in milligrams anywhere on the listing — not the title, not the variant label, not the description, not the URL. Rather than invent a denominator, we leave it out of the price-per-milligram board and say why.
Three product families use house names rather than compound names: MHP-S is semaglutide, MHP-T is tirzepatide, and MHP-R is retatrutide. The vendor’s own descriptions and its BTLabs certificates confirm those identities, so we map them to the canonical compounds and flag them as alias-mapped rather than treating them as unknown products. Comparable rows run from $25 to $350.

The certificates
Because there is no COA library, our discovery reads every published product image — all 69 of them — with OCR and QR decoding, then keeps only the pages that both name themselves a certificate of analysis and carry real analytical structure. That gate matters more than it sounds: vial labels mention purity and lot numbers too, and a lazier keyword scan would happily publish product photographs as evidence.

ILS Laboratories
Five certificates print a portal.ils-lab.com/verify/... token. Each token resolves through the ILS public API and returns a report whose client name is Mile High Peptide — the check is on the identity the laboratory has on file, not on the picture the vendor posted. Those reports supply structured compound, batch, purity, net content, testing date and panel data, including endotoxin on two of them.
Kovera Labs
Five certificates print a KVR- report code. Each code resolves through Kovera’s public verification service to a laboratory-hosted PDF, which we fetch and fingerprint. Kovera’s reports print the delivered mass rather than a label claim, so we bind each report to the listed strength nearest the measured content — an overfilled 40 mg vial that assays at 42 mg must not be filed against the 10 mg listing.
BTLabs
Four certificates come from BTLabs. They print complete results — identity by FTIR, HPLC purity, HPLC potency against a stated 90–110% window, appearance — and we extract all of it. What we do not do is call them verified, because BTLabs operates no public report lookup. There is nothing for a reader to independently resolve, and inventing a badge for an unresolvable document would be worse than having no badge at all.
One detail belongs in the open: those BTLabs reports name Finnrick as the customer, with the lot field reading Mile_High_Peptide. That is what the documents show. We record the attribution as observed rather than rewriting it into a direct laboratory relationship the paperwork does not describe.
Coverage is the real limitation
Twelve of the 37 comparable product pages carry a certificate. That is a genuine gap, and it is the single biggest constraint on this vendor’s evidence surface today — the well-documented products are documented well, and the rest are not documented at all.
It is also worth repeating a boundary that applies to every vendor: a certificate describes the sample identified on that report. It does not certify every unit, every future batch, or any panel the report does not run. Purity is not sterility, and identity is not endotoxin.
Shipping, returns and payment caveats
The footer states that orders completed by 11:00 ship the same day except Saturdays and Sundays, that later orders ship the next day, and that everything moves by USPS Priority Mail. The contact-page FAQ instead says orders ship within one to two business days. Both are the vendor’s own copy; we record the conflict rather than picking the more flattering version.
The return policy is restrictive and also internally inconsistent. The published policy says all sales are final, allows a return request only within 7 days and only when seals are fully intact and unopened, and puts return shipping on the buyer. Damage claims require photo proof within 48 hours. The FAQ, separately, says refunds are handled case-by-case.
The About page gives Denver, Colorado with a phone number and no street address, so our map records the city only. The domain was registered in May 2025, which means there is not much public operating history standing behind the catalog yet.
Why Mile High Peptide is curated
Curated does not mean endorsed. It means the vendor now has a maintained, reviewable record:
- open catalog and stock discovery with no account required;
- variant-expanded, milligram-normalized standing-price rows;
- every excluded product documented with a reason;
- a fingerprinted certificate archive tied to specific listed strengths;
- exact provider verification where a credential exists, and a plain refusal where it does not;
- panel-level structured extraction; and
- regression gates that fail if the evidence surface collapses.
The live Mile High Peptide profile carries the current score and trust band. Scores change as evidence, stock, policies and outside corroboration change.
Bottom line
Mile High Peptide’s certificate placement is better than most: the report sits on the product page, and 10 of the 14 reports resolve at the laboratory that issued them.
The limitations are equally concrete. Two-thirds of the comparable listings carry no certificate, the BTLabs documents are issued to a third party and cannot be independently resolved, no report in the set covers sterility or heavy metals, the storefront contradicts itself on both shipping speed and refunds, and the business has less than a year of public history.
