Zeptix Labs Review: Pricing, COAs, Testing, and What We Found
Zeptix Labs evidence review, updated October 29, 2026: 19 products, 25 labeled options, 24 distinct certificate PDFs and verified public BOGO pricing, with the original September findings retained.
Zeptix Labs is now a curated vendor on PeptideBenchmark because the storefront publishes variation prices and a certificate library a reader can open before buying.
Reviewed September 24, 2026. PeptideBenchmark had no affiliate, coupon, sponsorship, or paid-placement relationship with Zeptix Labs when this evidence review was written. Relationship update, September 24, 2026: PeptideBenchmark now discloses a referral link at /ref/XVVXY/. The link records attribution and does not change the findings, score, or ranked prices. The vendor sells research-use-only products; this is a commercial-transparency and documentary-evidence review, not human-use guidance or medical advice.
Update — October 29, 2026 (UTC): The shop now lists 19 parent products and 25 labeled options, including two water supplies; 23 peptide strengths are in stock and comparable. The BPC-157 + TB-500 blend is now available. The library displays 25 cards but 24 distinct PDFs, all checked at the issuing laboratory: nine Freedom Diagnostics and 15 Accumark Labs. It now includes the five reports Nadav identified, plus Cagrilintide 5mg, Epithalon 10mg, PT-141 10mg and Sermorelin 5mg. Two semaglutide cards point to the same 5mg certificate, so the 10mg strength still has no matching report. A card count is not a distinct-report count. Those documents match 24 of the 25 labeled catalog options, including the two water supplies; the uncovered option is semaglutide 10mg.
Current comparison prices use the product’s current merchandise price. Eligible BOGO pairs were checked in isolated guest carts for every eligible strength. MOTS-c: $59.99 for two 10mg vials = $2.9995/mg, shown as about $3.00/mg. This requires the two-vial BOGO purchase; it is not a one-vial price or an extra affiliate discount. Optional service charges, shipping, tax and the larger-cart bulk offer are outside that merchandise calculation. The working referral route is now ?ref=XVVXY; the former path returns not found.
Historical findings below — September 24, 2026. Counts, availability and regular-price statements in the original review describe that date; the update above supersedes their current-state use.
The September 24 findings
Zeptix Labs listed 15 parent products. Eighteen vial strengths had a comparable regular price. Bacteriostatic water stays off the peptide board. The BPC-157 and TB-500 blend, labeled 10 mg/10 mg, was out of stock.
Six Freedom reports and nine Accumark AccuVerify pages name Zeptix Labs. Ranked prices are the regular list price. The later referral link records attribution and does not change those prices.
Pricing
Ranked prices are the regular single-vial list price. Several products were showing a lower current price. The site also offers WELCOME15 and a spin-wheel discount. Neither is folded into the ranked price. PeptideBenchmark’s referral link, added later the same day, records the visit and does not take a percentage off.
GLP-1 S, GLP-2 T, and GLP-3 R are mapped to semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide because that is what the certificates say.
Testing
On September 24, the public COA library had 15 PDFs.
What the Freedom reports support: identity, HPLC purity, and net content, plus endotoxin and microbial results on some of those six reports.
What the Accumark reports support: each sample code opens an Accumark Labs AccuVerify page under the Zeptix Labs client, with identity and HPLC purity. Average reported purity across the certificates with a result below 100% was about 99.6%. The GHK-Cu 50 mg Accumark result is 100% and is excluded from that average.
Ipamorelin, melanotan II, the 10 mg tirzepatide, the 10 mg semaglutide, the 30 mg retatrutide, and the out-of-stock BPC/TB blend had no matching certificate in the library on the review date.
What we did not verify
No physical vial was tested by PeptideBenchmark. The St. Petersburg street line is the address the footer publishes. The suite number is a published mailing line, not a facility inspection.
Bottom line
Zeptix Labs earns a curated profile on a public catalog and a certificate library that resolves at Freedom Diagnostics and Accumark Labs under the Zeptix Labs client. A strength without its own certificate is not treated as tested.

Common questions
Does Zeptix Labs publish COAs?
Yes. The October 29, 2026 recheck found 25 library cards linking 24 distinct PDFs: nine Freedom Diagnostics and 15 Accumark Labs records resolve under Zeptix Labs. Two semaglutide cards share the 5mg certificate; that does not test the 10mg strength. The original September review found 15 certificates.
What are GLP-1 S, GLP-2 T, and GLP-3 R?
They are Zeptix Labs house codes. The published certificates identify them as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide.
Does PeptideBenchmark have an affiliate relationship with Zeptix Labs?
Not at the time of the September 24, 2026 evidence review. Later the same day, PeptideBenchmark added a disclosed referral link. As of October 29 the working route is ?ref=XVVXY. The referral adds no percentage discount; independently verified public BOGO offers are now compared separately. WELCOME15 and the spin-wheel discount remain the vendor’s own promotions.
Where does Zeptix Labs ship from?
The footer lists Zeptix Labs LLC at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The About page says orders placed before 6 PM Eastern ship the same business day, with free shipping over $200.
