BIOLENO Review: Pricing, COAs, Testing, and What We Found
An independent BIOLENO review covering 20 normalized price rows, 21 BTLabs batch certificates, measured potency against the certificates' own specification, and what the testing does not cover.
BIOLENO is now a curated vendor on PeptideBenchmark. Two things made it straightforward to cover: the storefront exposes a completely open catalog API, and nearly every peptide it sells has a batch certificate attached to it on a public page.
The more interesting finding is what those certificates say when you read past the purity line.

The short version
BIOLENO runs a public WooCommerce storefront whose Store API returns price, stock, and dosage without an account. Dosage is published as a “Weight of the peptide” attribute rather than in the product title, which is why the catalog normalizes cleanly once you read the attribute instead of the name.

Three listings use house codes rather than compound names — BL-RT3, BL-TR2, and BL-H2O. In each case the vendor’s own product URL names the compound (/product/retatrutide/ is titled “BL-RT3”), so PB maps them from the vendor’s own statement rather than inferring from marketing copy.
Almost every product has a real batch certificate from a named laboratory, which is more than many vendors manage. What those certificates cover is narrower than the "third-party tested" badge implies, and several of them report a measured quantity outside the specification printed on the certificate itself.
The certificates
The public COA page links each certificate as a signed storage object. Those signatures carry an explicit expiry, and the current ones run to 2036 — worth stating, because a certificate library whose links quietly expire is a weaker claim than one that stays reachable.
Every certificate in the corpus is issued by BTLabs (5730 Corporate Way, West Palm Beach, Florida) and names BIOLENO as the customer. Reported purity is consistently high: 99.4% to 99.8% across all 21, averaging 99.71%.
BTLabs is a real laboratory and an approved provider name in PeptideBenchmark’s registry. It does not, however, publish a public verification portal — every conventional verify route returns 404. So while each certificate carries a report number and a BT Sample ID, neither can be checked against the laboratory by a reader. These stay classified as named-lab, vendor-hosted documents. That distinction is the difference between “a document exists” and “the issuing lab confirms this document,” and PB does not collapse the two.
Measured potency is the finding
Each BTLabs certificate prints its own acceptance window for potency: 90–110% of the labeled quantity. It then reports the measured result against that window.
Ten of the 21 certificates report a result outside it — every one of them above the ceiling, none below the floor:

Read carefully, this is overfill, not shortfall. A vial containing more than the label states is a different problem from one containing less, and on a value basis it favours the buyer. But it is still a finding, for two reasons.
First, it means the labeled quantity is not a reliable guide to vial contents. A Selank vial labeled 10 mg that assays at 15.1 mg is not a 10 mg vial in any practical sense, and anyone measuring by label is measuring against a number the certificate itself contradicts.
Second, the vendor publishes these certificates as evidence of quality without flagging that a substantial share of them miss the specification printed on the same page. PB records the measured figure alongside the purity figure precisely so that a high purity number does not stand in for the whole result.
What the testing does not cover
The certificate states its own limits in plain text: it “does not provide information on particulate matter, microbial contamination or presence of endotoxins.”
So the panel coverage here is identity, purity, potency, appearance, and recorded mass — and nothing else. No sterility testing. No endotoxin testing. No heavy-metals testing.
This is worth stating explicitly because an early automated read of this corpus reported an endotoxin panel on all 21 documents. It had matched the sentence in which the laboratory excludes endotoxins. A keyword that appears in a disclaimer is not a panel, and PB’s extraction now reads the certificate’s result table rather than its prose.
Pricing
All 20 peptide rows normalize to a per-mg comparison on the pricing board. Headline vial prices run $40 to $90, with the widest range on NAD+ ($60 for 100 mg, $90 for 1000 mg). Free shipping is advertised over $150 and same-day dispatch before 4 PM ET — both vendor-stated, dated to this review, and not independently timed by PB.
One product, Adamax, was out of stock at review. It still carries a published price and dosage, so it is recorded rather than dropped; it is also the one catalog peptide with no certificate on the COA page.
Business identity
The public contact page identifies BIOLENO LLC, 30 N Gould St, Suite 63950, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, with a (307) 343-7273 support line. That building is a widely used registered-agent address rather than a demonstrated fulfilment site, so PB maps it as the vendor’s published business address and nothing more.
Why BIOLENO is curated
Curated does not mean endorsed. It means PeptideBenchmark has enough evidence and pipeline coverage to maintain a structured, reviewable record. For BIOLENO that includes:
- a public catalog API with live price, stock, and dosage;
- 20 normalized price rows with zero deferrals;
- 21 preserved batch certificates in the COA database;
- extracted purity, measured potency, batch identifier, and panel coverage per certificate;
- an explicit record that these are named-lab rather than provider-verified documents; and
- regression checks that fail if the certificate surface collapses.
The live BIOLENO profile carries the current score and trust band.
Bottom line
BIOLENO’s certificate breadth is genuinely good — 18 of 19 peptides with a real batch document from a named laboratory, openly linked, no account required. Its weaknesses are that nothing in the corpus can be independently verified at the issuing lab, the panels stop well short of sterility or endotoxin, and almost half the batches assay outside the specification their own certificate prints.
That combination is worth knowing in full rather than compressing into a purity headline.

Does BIOLENO publish COAs?
Yes. On July 31, 2026, its public COA page linked 21 batch certificates covering 18 of the 19 peptides in its catalog. Every certificate is issued by BTLabs of West Palm Beach, Florida, and names BIOLENO as the customer. No account is required to open them.
Are BIOLENO COAs independently verifiable?
